i have these and still have god tier collagen. i think if ur skin looks rough and lifeless that’s a better indicator

Tbh the only validated thing I can find is the presence of wrinkles. But I haven't looked into collagen super in depth. Maybe very dry skin makes sense because collagen holds moisture? Idk
