Lexapro 20mg+ testosterone 400mg+ meditation 20 min in the evening. Wimhof method is also decent, but only for energy levels and mild depression. It has 0 effects on anxiety levels. With this stack, You can expect a 180-degree change in your personality.

1 thing you have to keep in mind though, there are no drugs that would find your purpose for you. If you don't a hidden desire in yourself or you still haven't fount it yet, there is a high chance that on drugs you just gonna continue to ldar just With tons of energy/sex drive and low inhibitions.

Although there is a very good course, made by famous Asian pua. It's not really about picking women but more about internal therapy on yourself. Which is all about finding your purpose and fixing your lousy physiology. He's a very educated intj type of guy who specializes in psychology/philosophy has 2phds which means when he talks he actually can back up many of his arguments by scientific evidence. Obliterates any pua product in the market IMHO. But it will require a huge commitment from you. So if you are lazy, better skip this sheat.

  • work
  • my car
  • occupying myself with various concepts and ideas
  • art (i draw, paint, write - create something from the heart, it's fulfilling feel)
  • reading philosophical works is decent cope
  • exercise (i don't like working out, so i just join a martial arts gym, also functions as a social club)
  • caffeine (coffee, tea, whatever gets you going)
  • do not think about the past, always think ahead - future, future, future
  • always pick up new things out of boredom, push ppl, boundaries, troll - think of it like you have one life, might as well make it fun
  • meditation feels right, but i haven't been able to sit still
  • join all sorts of social functions and clubs, you can always quit if it sucks (it usually does)
  • tbh my advice is generic and shit. you need to keep trying things and personalize it to your needs and wants and interests

Rotting should not be combatted.. it should be relished and enjoyed

Recently gave up vidya to combat it and I plan on dropping sugar and carbs too (also a looksmax). Last thing is permanofap. My goal is basically to make all avenues of rotting impossible so I have no choice but to try.

Tell me more about lexapro and David Tian.

okay here's a method to try. it supposedly takes 3 weeks to form a habit.

so the next habits you form can be for each of the 16ish hours of the day you are awake.

so the first thing you should work on is a good wake-up morning routine that sets the stage for you to have a happier, healthier, better day

there's a lot you can do but just basic shit is good. when i was rotting hardest it would be when i would get up and immediately hop on my computer to surf, watch tv, or fap

nowadays when i wake up i work out, make a good breakfast, have a shower. i feel refreshed and recharged

if you never do anything worthwhile then you can go further than that. first get a good morning routine settled then work on leveraging that into working on a fun or useful personal project for the next hour, it could be trying to get a job or write a book or learn an instrument, whatever. something that will legitimately help you in the future, not just consuming media and killing time

one thing that helped me a lot this year was instituting a self-care routine during my lunch break at work. instead of just eating crap and surfing on my phone i eat a healthy lunch, floss my teeth and use mouthwash, apply moisturizer where i need it (i work in a super dry environment) and do stretching exercises to keep my posture good, and change into a fresh pair of socks because my feet sweat a lot. i've only missed a few days this year doing it. it really helps me feel refreshed and leaves me with more energy when i am done work as well as time because i have already taken care of those tasks for the day. so instead of getting home and JUST rotting until i have to do it all over again the next day i have time and energy to pursue my interests and advance my goals.

i would also say, you can still do "rotting" activities just work on stuff WHILE doing them. so don't do something like online games as those can suck up your full attention for hours at a time. instead something like watching TV or listening to podcasts, that you can do while also doing something else productive, like working out, keeping your home clean, practicing an instrument, etc.are good material. i actually work out more when i am watching something. my other vice is surfing the internet and like video games it ends up commanding my full attention whereas watching tv kinda motivates me to work out.

there's a million things you can work on if you're the LDAR type. just pick one and fix it then keep moving on while maintaining your gains. shitty sleep schedule? fix it. shitty diet? fix it. shitty hygiene? fix it. shitty social life? fix it. dirty apartment? fix it.

generally it's easier to work from the inside out, eg. things close to you, personal issues, etc. are things you need to fix before you worry about things like your social life

also i'm not a huge believer in needing medicine or supplements or whatever for a lot of people, if you do depressing shit all the time you're gonna feel depressed and lousy. you're an animal, you need to take care of yourself like you were a pet. give yourself good food. keep yourself clean. take yourself for walks. play with yourself lol. BUT taking 1000 mg of magnesium per day really relieved my anxiety as well as helping me sleep longer. worth a shot for most ppl. start with 500 mg and see where that gets you. only real side effect is it makes your poop weird, try to spread out your dosage each day to different meals.

yess, do it mfer

i remember one summer the only reason i got up before noon was to watch trailer park boys.

if you find you align your sleep schedule with proper daylight hours you will find your sleep quality goes up a lot. a lot of people who don't work night shift basically put themselves on a shitty debilitating night shift schedule anyways.

Tell me more about lexapro and David Tian.

Lexapro best SSRI in the market. Iv tried almost all of them. Paxil/Prozac/Zoloft/Remeron ext. They all work by narrowing your emotional range which is good in general because depressed/anxiety cels do not experience a whole range of emotions, like normal people. They experience only shit emotions with constant ruminations over the past and nonstop over analyzation of present. But unlike other SSRIs, Lexapro is not just turning off your ruminations and negative emotions but at the same time, it improves positive emotions. If you ever popped MDMA, there is such thing as MDMA afterglow where you just feel good/happy/stable for 7-10 days. This is what it feels like to be on Lexapro 24/7.

David is just a good man psychologist/pua. Iv watched countless of them- Paul Janka's/Rsd/Tood valentine/mark Monson/Rollo Tomassi/and ext.
I think he's just the best in his field because of the way he structures his material. It's very coherent/logical/ and almost entirely focused on internal therapy. Its been 3 years, but I can easily remember any part of his material. While if you take a look at something like blueprint decoded from RSD Tyler, its just one big giant clusterfuck of unstructured material. It sounds good on paper, you can even take bookmarks, but after watching it for 20 hours most likely nothing in your life gonna change.

Thanks for the reply. I'll give a look at his material. In my personal opinion Todd is the best so far. RSD is mainstream vibrational garbage.

I will research more about lexapro as well. Do you think it can help with procrastination?

there is a very thin line between low willpower and chemical imbalance which triggers procrastination and laziness. Usually, it can help only if your anxiety is the main hindrance to your goals. Otherwise, you just have to experiment with dopaminergic drugs. A decent choice is Ritalin/Adderall and testosterone. Not really much, especially if you live in Ee where they are forbidden. Although there was a study about amygdala activity in the brain, usually people with anxiety have a very active amygdala which causes a high emotional response. What was more interesting is that a very active amygdala was associated with procrastination because these people also had less energy. Ssri usually reduces this activity so yh, it can help. The main caveat with SSRI- reduced sex drive. It's going down by half. For some people its an advantage though- you can last much longer in bed.

Todd is good but honestly way too analytical for me. He's good for someone whose experienced and has problems in a very narrow field. But in terms of offering general advice, I think someone whose new or inexperienced is going to suffer from massive mental masturbation and over analyzation. In terms of giving foundations, I'm yet to find someone better than David.

in technical terms? - like what to say, how to escalate and ext. Dont think so. Although some of it is there. This course is more about your internal thought process. he's other course limitless is all about technicals.
But honestly - when you are mentally healthy, stable, don't have depression/social anxiety, needyness - picking up and approaching is nothing.
