How do you slim the face if bloated? Any surgery for that? Lipo for cheek fat?

Just fucking lol been searching for so long and cant find a way to fix my stupid bloated face surgically. Need tips from u boyos
 
You can't get lipo directly on your face as it will leave asymmetries and crevices, sorry. I looked into this myself.

  • Get to a low bodyfat percentage.
  • Take 3000mg vitamin C a day.
  • You can try cutting carbs and sodium but this always seemed like a cope to me.

If you've tried all the above and still look bloated, I'm afraid it's over.

buccal fat pad removal/maybe get lipo and use fillers to correct the asymmetries/crevices? the latter would probably be hard to do and expensive to maintain
