boosting testosterone is a little bit complicated i guess, currently i'm using ashwagandha + take zinc supplements, probably the best methods of boosting its levels without using roids/injections (ashwagandha lowers cortisol, unfortunately i have anxiety so i rly need it) and besides that zinc increases igf 1 production. Soon i'll get school gym membership.

Bro if you dont have a specific deficiency and isnt malnourished (or a fatass) you apready produce most your ball can naturally produce.

There is no point of trying to take 143717 vitamin andfucking your liver just 2 ng/dL Test increase.

If you dont like your current Test levels (which is probably normal) get on TRT, no point in trying to produce 1300ng/dL naturally.
