clavicle lenght is all genetic i my self am a framecel and i worked out for years and tried clavicle stretching. Only way u can increase clavicle lenght is by steroids the good thing is clavicles dont stop growing until 22 23

I guess we’re in the same boat man. I’m a framecel too and tbh have been getting mogged in that way so I’m just trying to do anything. I do get pissed off at myself though wishing I joined swim team earlier on when I was like 10. Not even saying it makes calvicles wider but just because there’s a chance that I could’ve been slightly broader ya know

1 to 2 inches is my guess natty in 2 years tbh..

What? Clavicle lengthening is a surgical procedure that... lengthens the clavicle. It is actual clavicle lengthening.

If you’re older than 18, you’re not getting a longer clavicle through non-surgical methods.

I fraud my shoulders nowadays with baggy clothes and jackets i also use a silicone shoulder pad and it saved me from my subhumanity. Ima get on roids soon to increase my shoulder width as much as i can even if its 1 cm.
