How much does face shape change after puberty?

Seen a pic of me when i was around 11-12 my hair was full and face was much more narrow (in a good way) now im Skinnyfat and my face looks so Fat and wide face also my hair is very thin and receded. My question is (im 23 btw) is it possible to get the same narrow face that i had around 10 years ago or does puberty change it completly? i guess i was 15% bodyfat now i think 30 to 35%.
