5'11 passes 99% of girls minimum height requirement quite easily. And after the minimum requirement is met face is much more important and there is a huge difference between 4psl and 6psl.

There's only one scenario where I can imagine the 4psl guy mogging with height. If the girl herself is over 6ft and she wants an even taller guy. So if the 4psl guy is like 6'6 she will probably choose him.
