How much vitamins to take?

So I am a weak truecel. I recently started taking 125mg D3 and 30mg Zinc daily but I feel that's too little. How much should I take to become chad. Also I still haven't found affordable MK4 in UK.

2000 IU - 4000 IU vitamin D is enough. 30 mg zinc is also enough. i only take 15 mg tbh

Sounds like cope, 5000 IU is minimum if you don't see the sun.
