How much would i have to weight to be as strong as 190cm/85kg Chico?

So I am 177cm and last time I checked like 73kg but I'm skinnyfat.

Lachowski is listed at 85kg at 190cm with 37cm biceps and 97cm chest.

How much would I have to weight to be as physically strong as him, as 177cm dwarf (lets say 12% BF)?
And what biceps circumference at 177cm is equalivement to 37cm at 190cm skeleton?

as much as I love Chico his physique is not ideal. You should do a CLEAN BULK. Probably to somewhere around 83 kg and then cut.

You should be like 80 kg at that height.
