This is the only thing I desire , hollow cheeks. Mine are round even though I’m not fat, yeah I am lowering my body fat but what else

Low bf% is a given
But you need high set cheekbones and defined maseeters to create that gap without it it's almost impossible. If you don't naturally have that like most people zygo fillers and chewing
+buccal fat removal

What do u mean by defined masseter? And can the high set cheekbones be created with custom implants

If you don’t have good cheekbones it will be very hard

Either have high cheekbones or a square jaw

good cheekbone genetics, no water retention, small buccinator muscles, good jaw and masseter muscles, forward growth.

Can the ‘good cheekbone’ be recreated with custom implants

Basically hard chewing to increase definition of masseter muscle.
You can get custom implant for cheekbones too.

Why does my masseter feel round? If I chew it’ll only make it rounder

Is there a certain design for custom implants ? Do u know anyone who has had good results
They are round by nature. You have to enlarge them by chewing (hypertrophy) to create hollow cheeks.

If you have low set cheekbones you can’t

Wrong low BF % is not ideal, it all down to wide and large protuding Zygos
In this picture below I was at 19.6% bf

Need a forward-grown maxilla and mandible as this will naturally push the zygomatic bones forward and outwards + decent body fat + small buccinator muscles + decent mandibular width and masseter size. Pretty much all of these are needed for the hollow cheek look which is why it's such a coveted sign of beauty in both sexes.

Can be a good halo and make someone more striking but it also reveals asymmetries etc. Pitt looks better without it
