NoFap? Cold showers? Do they work?
 
NoFap only increases testosterone for the first 7 days after that it decreases back to normal. I only fap once a week.
 
My T boost/looksmax routine:

Supplements:
Vitamin D
Beta carotine
(Take both together with fats)
boron
Zinc
Magnesium
Ashwagandha to reduce stress

Nofap
It does increase T levels after 7 days.
BUT you should continue to nofap, because even though your total T levels return to normal after the 7 day T spike, your androgen receptor density/sensitivity increases.
Meaning, even if your T is still the same, is gets better utilized by your body.

Gym:
Just normal gym routine with compound movements like squats, deadlifts.

Sleep: sleep enough

Diet: get your vegetables and fruits in, get enough fats, protein 2g/kg bodyfat, rest carbs

But, real T boosting happens when you inject or use TRT cream, let's be honest. If you're low T, that's what you need to do.

The effects are minimal af and u need to be good looking somewhat for the placebo to take effect.

What about cold showers? I'll get vitamin D and zinc supplements, and maybe beta carotene for skinmaxxing.

This except instead of paying $$$ to get boron supplement just take 1/16th of a teaspoon of borax in water every day. Also I would do a keto style elimination diet and cut the ashwagandha.
