All credit to the idea goes to @PrisonMike he made a thread about this theory here: https://looksmax.org/threads/scleral-show-is-effected-by-the-levator-labii-superioris-muscle.102566/

I’m just explaining why this will 100% work and how you can do it your self

Disclaimer: this will help your sclera show, there are other causes including recessed orbitals and lax tendons that also play a big role too, this will certainly help it though

People with Bell’s Palsy (facial paralysis) have facial muscles paralyzed on a singular side of their face, since it’s only muscle paralysis we can conclude that their orbital recession levels and tendon laxity will be constant since it’s the same persons face (jfl) and the only difference here are muscles

Notice how even though with Bells Palsy none of the bone structure/tendons change, only the muscle tone, and this results in drastic changes in inferior sclera show, from this we can deduce that facial muscles play an important role in sclera show, since on the side where the muscles are not atrophied, much less sclera show is present

Now we need to find the muscles that are responsible for this increase in sclera show, I have autisticly been looking close to the sun for several days now to try and mimick the natural reaction my muscles have to a bright light

I have found that 3 muscles are activated

Zygomatic major

Levator labii superioris

Orbicularis oculi

Since we can conclude when these muscles are weak there is sclera show, and when they are strong there is less sclera show, it logically leads us to the conclusion that by training these muscles to increase their strength we will in turn reduce sclera show too

Now how to train these muscles

Zygomatic major: really easy just raise the corners of your mouth up slightly

Levator labii superioris: just watch this video and mimick it
Basically just trying to raise the center of a mustache up

Orbicularis oculi: this is the muscle used when squinching, video demonstration here

To train these muscles just tense them like you would any other muscle to train them, idk the proper time you need to work them you will just have to find that out on your own

undereye support is a feature that can take a normie to chad you little shits better start squinting

Just squint bro
Squinting how you consciously do and naturally “sun squinting” do not involve the same muscles, you need to build the naturally used ones for avoiding bright lights

GreyCel; if you get MSE and then FacePull + do this you just saved 20K instead of adding silicon under your eye from Taban

Have you personally seen results form this?
