Been doing that. With incisors. One of my sides has a lower gonial angle and better chin projection

If you want a lower gonial angle its best to chew with your back molars, but chew with your incisors aswell

If you are thinking about this gonial angle

You have to fix downward growth maxilla. Probably modified Lefort 3 will fix downward growth maxilla and over time mandible will rotate- ramus will grow down and jaw body will be straight.
