How to get hollow cheeks

Do you guys think it's possible that improper swallowing and not mewing can hypertrophy cheek muscles to the point that it's preventing you from getting hollow cheeks. Or do you think that the muscles hardly effect the face.

I definitely don't deny that, it is absolutely necessary to have wide zygos and a wide enough jaw comparatively but if someone has potential for hollow cheeks you think they can ruin it due to improper swallowing

Tbh I think it helps prevent your face getting even worse and can possibly move it some but not large enough to cope with. If your face is fucked up you need surgery not mewing. Also at 12 it will definitely help but the best time to mew is 8 years old.
