-dont tell youre depressed or suicidal
-tell them you get intense panic attacks and have general anxiety that negatively influence your life
-play along with SRRIs, you dont have to take them. After a few months just tell the Dr. its not working out and ask if theres anything else
-dont directly ask for benzos
-go to social anxiety therapy
