I haven’t done any drugs apart from weed and alcohol in 3 months so there’s that.

Need to stop smoking cigarettes

no sugars no dairy, no fast carbs in general.
change pillowcase every 5-7 days, daily cleansing and moisturizing.
If you have acne get on acne antibiotic + 5 % benzoyl peroxide.
For eyebags: sleep, hydration, fillers would help, maybe the ordinary 5% caffeine solution EGCG

Start with retinol. If you need to, progress to retin a creams. Use all kinds of vitamins and minerals, that are good for skin, for example zinc, vitamin c and msm. Do some research, skincare is no rocket science. If all else fails, icemask is actually quite good for eyebags. Buy online or from local apothecary.
