How to get rid of? (Under eye lines)

Not necessarily eye bags, but a line that is under nearly everyone's eyes

Ive done tons of research on them but nothing ever worked.
Any feedback on what they are called and how to get rid of them would be appreciated

does dermarolling under eyes work?

Infraorbital rim implants
Tear trough filler
Fat graft

For discolouration:
Vit E rubbed under eyes
Skincair routine

Looks like an allergic shiner, buy an air filter/humidifier, should help with sinus related allergies and improve discolouration/sleep. Take antihistamines, go to doctor regarding allergies and sinusitus/ potential chronic rhinitis

The derma roller would be 0.2mm not 1.5mm
