Is there anything you have done that helped you? or the only option is a transplant to make it denser (seems incredibly expensive)

You are getting confused. The model has a much better face that haloes him and isn't norwooding like the other guy.

I noticed this "effect" - nothing special weird hairstyle with mm face looks great
But in this example you can easly notice the difference

Idk, I was on tretinoin 0.1% while on Minox and my skin still looked like ass. It wasn't until I got off the minox for retin-a to really start making my skin glow.
