How to improve your lips?

It shouldnt be hard since lips are largely made up of muscles, which take longer to form than bones. Ive had serious problems with bloated lips, so I tried to engage them less while eating and resting, which helped somewhat, now I am wondering how else it is possible to change your lip shape

- lipofilling
- lip implant

decreasing size
- lip liposuction

widening length
- surgery
- lip expander

Unfortunately neither of the lip widening procedures are worth it. Surgery leaves scars and lip expander is temporary.
