C=2 x 3,14 x R
C=6,28 x R

R = Half the width of your jaw
C = Ideal circumference of your neck
X = Multiplication

Example:
My jaw is 12,9cm.
12,9÷2=6,45

C=6,28 x 6,45
C=40,5

To measure the width of your jaw, I recommend taking a photo from a distance (to avoid lens distortion, and use some reference object. That's because measuring with a tape measure is very difficult

The ideal size for your neck is the same width as your jaw.
Bigger than that is unviable even for fighters, and makes you look too ogre. Of course, it depends on harmony, but in general, this is the most aesthetic size.

The smaller the ratio between the jaw and the bizigomatic width, the greater the hallo of your thick neck.
That's why Marlon teixeira looks so good.

I was afraid that someone wouldn't understand, but that is basically the calculation of a circumference

Why do you divide the width of jaw by 2 just to multiply by 2 after ?

I don't multiply it by 2 again, what I multiply by 2 is 3.14 (Pi)

You divise the width of jaw by 2 then multiply after by pi and 2 to get C
C=2×Pi×(widthofjaw)/2
=Pi×widthofjaw
Am I the retard or it is him ?

lmao OP should get one

He divided his jaw width by 2 and then multiplied it by 2 😂

C is just pi times your jaw width. Why 2pi times half your jaw width, jfl?

OP is just using the standard equation for the circumference of a circle ( circumference = 2 x pi x radius ) of course this can be simplified to pi x diameter. Pi is just the constant ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter.

Ok, now I understand my error, but it does not change the result
