Man it easy to give the illusion u have low set eyebrow juste apply castor oil perppermint and minox (minox damge skin) on the lower part of ur eyebrow where u dont have a lot of hairs
This technique will not give u a lot of changes but its works

with minox and castor oil you can lower your eyebrows by few millimeters
with eyebrows transplant you can grow eyebrows where the fuck you want

How long do you have to use minox for it to damage your skin? What if you start with minox and once hairs start growing you substitute with castor oil/ peppermint oil?
