only thing you can really do is reduce inflammation via supplements + microneedling. And also minoxidil is not interfering with endocrine system but i wouldn't use it tbh. This is very far-fetched but there was one guy who went from NW 2.5-3 to NW1 purely with a shit ton of supplements. It's a bit of a pricey protocol and not even sure if it works, but if you're willing to try....

Also I've pretty much never seen anyone grow back his norwood using only finasteride. Generally finasteride only halts hair loss and maybe recovers thinning hair, but it doesn't produce any regrowth.
