How to reduce droopy tip and lengthen philtrum?

I have this thing where the nose hooks when I smile and make facial expressions. And I also determined that my philtrum is a bit too short for my nose length. My midface is compact though, about 1.03. Is there a way to fix this? In other words, can I lengthen philtrum and reduce the droopy tip?
