IPL therapy will work doesn't cost too much either for complete skin clarity could cost around 1k range
Also idk about this and wouldn't recommend it but for really dark spots you could try freezing them off yourself with dry ice

I'm using sunscreen, lactic acid peel, kojic acid soap, alpha arbutin serum and a cream with 4-butyl resorcinol and mulberry extract.

Hope I can get rid of it in 2 months
