bodybuilding experts suggest eating 1-2grams per kg, therefore a bodybuilding diet may result expensive on the long term.
if you wanna save money for your surgeries, you had better start saving on your diet.
I calculated the prices of 1 gram of protein contained in several foods, referring to the price in euros of cheap discount stores in Italy

UHT milk2.07 cents
beans2.33 cents
WHEY (myProtein)2.4 cents
WHEY (prozis)2.696 cents
chicken breast (sliced)3.478 cents
eggs5 cents
ham and other cold cuts5 cents
frozen cod7 cents

now let's compare the cost of vitamin C supplements:
prozis: 24 cents/gram (capsules)
myProtein: 3.3 cents/gram (vitamin c powder)
BulkPowders: 5.7 cents/gram (powder)

let's compare the price of magnesium
myProtein: 4.7 cents/gram (powder)
BulkPowders: 26.6 cents/gram (capsules)
Prozis: 100 cents/gram (capsules)

Why do you post all these well researched and high IQ threads about gymcelling when you look like you've never stepped in a gym and have the worst frame on this site? Assuming that I am not mistaking you for someone else.

his list of foods are commonly eaten by bodybuilders, op probably fell for the protein meme, 0.8g per pound of bodyweight is all you'll ever need imo, carbs and fats are way more important for building muscle as glycogen is stored in the muscles and fat increases testosterone synthesis.

Oh thanks, i don't have age to do bodybuilding but i ill learn about this...
 
Cheapest diet if u care about how ur body looks...And nothing else..

Is getting a tub of cheap protein powder that's 5+ lbs...

Then buying boxes of cheap hostess stuff like twinkies, cookies, cupcakes etc. and using those to fill the rest of your calories after you hit your protein. You can legitimately eat for well under $10 per day...
