I have made my own version where you do exactly but only 3 days a week (I can only get my plates 3 days a week when I go to the gym, not spending 50 minutes/day just to train neck jfl) and there has been results (0.5cm or 1/4 inch aprox) in just a month, looking forward to do it for more time tbhtbhngl, this is legit af

This is how u do it correctly

I have never trained my neck even though I look like I have (lol) but some advice would be to always maintain straight neck and chin tuck if you wanna work out lower neck, and curl your head if you wanna work out upper neck.

Anyways, the neck is mostly genetics and you can't add a lot of size from working out. But if you are neckcel you should give it a try

Neck aesthetics > neck size.

Did anyone actually managed to build bigger neck here?

The neck should atleast be thick enough to reach the sides of your jaw (if you get what I'm saying)

And damn I kinda remember this thread

Is this the best program for neck training? I looked at some normie sites for it and they recommended only training the neck 2-3 times a week and with much less volume than what’s here, one guy is saying to do sets of 100 reps lol

is doing

3x12 neck flexion, 3x12 neck extension, 3x12 neck lateral flexion twice a week good enough for gains? i’m confused regarding how much weight to use, some people seem to get gains just using their own hands as resistance?

Like other muscles where you want hypertrophy :
Low reps (3-5) x 3/4
Huge intensity
No more than twice a week (once is enough with max intensity).
Curl on your back using your hands is the most secure/efficient way to me.

Plus if you do daily hyiod exercises ... and some workouts (shoulders for instance), it's plenty enough.

EAT fine / REST.

lol at low reps. neck reacts to high volume, literally google it

Just use resistance with your own hands and isometricslly hold certain spots
