I have never been to the gym.

any workout routines to follow? I am clueless.
I only do body weight workout
My workout
1.Wall Handstand push up
2.Pull up
3.Planche Push Up
4.Leg raise
5.Pistol Squat
cant make you a buff bodybuilder but enough to get you a male model body and its free, you dont need a gym membership

Thanks. I am more after that male model body than bodybuilder.
 
start with very light weights first 2-3 trainings or you will have bad inflammation
