in my country, Italy, injecting an anabolic steroid like testosterone on yourself is a crime.
a law declares: "anybody who uses or sells substances able to improve or modify the physical conditions of human body without medical reason is punished with a penalty (until 50k) or prison".
So using doping is worse than using cocaine: if you usually get high on cacaine but you don't sell it to other people you are not committing a crime.
However in western europe country there is a group of people who not only can use anabolic steroids to change their phisycal condition legally, not only they can do it with a medical prescription, THEY ALSO GET ANABOLIC STEROIDS FOR FREE THANKS TO THE HEALTH CARE.
