I mean it definitely helps if your back is hurting, it takes a few days to get used to it tho your body will feel numb in some places just from the pressure but it completely goes away after a few weeks.Does it work? I’m thinking about doing this

Doubt it tbh I don't mew 24/7. I almost always have the front of my tongue on my palate but the very back is really hard for me to get.Face gains?
