I have a question about Tretinoin

After applying tretinoin do you apply moisturiser straight away, after a short while (5 mins) or wait for a specific amount of time? (20/30 mins) And if so could you explain why?

I’ve seen different things about the efficacy of tretinoin when applying it after moisturiser. Some say it’s dilutes the tretinoin and others say it’s beneficial if you have especially sensitive skin and the efficacy remains the same. I’ve never heard of switching lights off though?

Apparently trer degrades at every light source just Google it thats why i started to apply directly before sleepmaxxing
