you can have 12 teeth show and still have a narrow palate. You probs have big buccal corridors. A better measurement is IMW (inter molar width)

My palate is like 4 teeth wide cause dentist closed gaps and then my teeth overcrowded and moved even closer. My face is a squashed narrow potato. Also an extreme overbite which causes a retruded jaw and short chin which makes my jaw even worse. Everyone here mogs me.
