I have lower back issues. Can I still do bent over/pendlay rows without ogreing my back? (Gymcels GTFIH)

A couple months back (early December) I injured my lower back. (See the thread below) while doing deadlifts. The pain was really unbearable for the first week. It's most likely a herniated disc. But it really healed up over the past few months. I can do standing overhead presses but not deadlifts or squats. It only hearts slightly if I sit too forward for too long and when I leg press.

I do full body workouts 3x per week with pullups on workout A and chinups on workout B. Is it safe to do bent over rows? I really want to build my traps and back thickness

Better do stuff like chest supported rows than pendlay rows coz it stresses lower back alot.

Seated cable rows are great, alot less stress on your back then bent over rows.

Yeah chest supported rows are great. All I'm doing is pull-ups/push-ups/walking atm, still decent upper body strength. Also, I'm currently on a GHRH + Mk677 cycle, it seems to be helping a lot as my pain is improving.

IMPORTANT: STAY AWAY FROM LEG PRESS

Why stay away from leg press

I mean if your lower back is tight/fatigued or injured from a herniation then avoid it. I injured my back from leg press thinking it would be safe with pain. Couldn't walk normally for 2 days, then walking came back, now I'm very functional but with sciatica for 8 months.

Pendlay will be safer than bent because it allows you to reset your low back to correct posture every rep. I'm with the other users though who say seated cable or chest supported will be better while you heal.

Height? Frame? Weigt? Bideltoid? @Zeta ascended

Height:6 ft
Weight: 159 (Skinnyfat and cutting)
Frame and Bideltoid: Did not check. I don't even want to know:feelswah::feelswah: All I know is I'm considering running hgh and dht cycle once I start bulking and I'm going to do more volume on shoulders.

Dht? Say goodbye to your hair
