I have been gymcelling for about a year now,
I was stupid so I bulked to hard and I gained alot of fat.
Honestly I have never been lean in my entire life and two weeks ago I saw itsover's transformation and it got me motivated.
Now the issue is, Im never hungry!
I can go an entire day eating just one egg with no problem at all.
I try to eat as healthy as possible but I'm having trouble reaching my optimal protein and calorie intake.
Usually I start off the day with a glass of water, a fruit and 3 eggs.
Then I eat dinner wich is usually chicken and brocolli and then I go to bed.
It's way too little since I want to retain muscle.
I need suggestions on meals I could eat daily, because I have no problem with eating the same shit everyday.
