Eat less. There is no "wonder diet" but avoid bad carbs those wont fill you goodluckk :)

-Eat foods which are highly satiating to make it easier to stick to this calorie defecit
-Optional: do some cardio

Ok what about toasted bread
It is alright better than candy for sure Just dont eat alot of crap ofcouse you can sometimes eat more i still drink but overall i am healthy 1 Day healthy doesn't change You 1 week of healthy overall(so you can still wat less healthy one Day) changes you goodluckk man you can do it :)

Try the potato only diet like the irsh
 
Lean meat + veggies(no rice, pasta, bread etc) 3 times a day. Caffeine/Nicotine or most other CNS stimulants to help curb your appetite.

Track calories, figure out a realistic figure and give it time. Up your daily activity levels through walking and weight training. Fat loss takes time, to looksmax you need a sustainable long term plan. Crash dieting won't work, trust me.
 
Calculate your TDEE and go on a -500/-250 deficiet. Track your calories with Loseit or Myfitnesspal. Eat vegetables so you dont have hunger issues. Literally that simple. Try to eat a good amount of fat per day otherwise you will feel like shit and your testosterone values will tank.
