I shower once or twice a day

But I only shampoo 3 times a week and use conditioner once or twice. I feel like my hair looks healthier and has more volume.

Conditioner every day, shampoo twice and antidandruff shampo once.
It's ogre but with no conditioner my hair gets too wavy and clumpd. Cnooditioner softens it up and makes it thick and with a small natural wave.
