I'm 5'10", but I know for damn sure I stunted my growth. it's impossible to cope. this shit makes me fucking angry. so frustrating.

I can't cope knowing I could've been 6'2".

I know for damn sure I stunted my growth because I slept like shit, ate like shit and did zero exercise. I was also skinny-fat through whole puberty. I grew wrong.

I have an uncle who is 6'1", another uncle who's 6'0".

my father is 6'0" tall and he's 50 years old. he was probably taller when he was younger.

my grandma (father's mom) is 5'9" or some shit. a lot of my aunts are around 5'8" - 5'10".

many of my cousins are over 6'. some are around 6'3"+.

I stunted my growth pretty bad and here I am as a 5'10" small dicked man.
