I successfully switched over from soda to carbonated water

Whenever I get a craving for a fizzy soda I just crack open a can of carbonated water. It took a little while to get used to it but its a really good substitute for all you sodacels out there rotting out your teeth.

I did the same thing to kick my habit of having soda everyday, worked perfectly haven't drank soda in years.

Although I did just make the switch over to still water as it's easier to drink more at once to get 3L a day.

I drink sugary drinks, theyre healthier than water. Water has no nutrition in it, sugary drinks have energy in them? why tf would u drink water .
