The health information out there is conflicting to the point of it being comical.
In your opinion, what is the ideal diet in terms of looking, feeling and functioning as best as possible?

Maxresdefault

I'll start:
I'm currently doing a high fat paleo(ish) diet with a focus on inflammation. Lots of pasture-raised animal products etc.
I'd say my diet is somewhere in between Thomas DeLaeur and Frank Tufano principles.

How about you guys?
Keto?
Paleo?
Vegan?
Carnivore?
Something else?

Different Diets

I'm asking this question because my energy levels + acne have both been shit for a while now no matter what I seem to try.
I'll try to be open-minded to your responses as I've stopped lying to myself now and have realised that I'm not actually feeling that great.

Not looking for arguments below, we're all here to looksmaxx so there's no point bringing emotions into it.

i eat 2egs bread, 2 protein shakes banana, 2 apples. and chicken for dinner wit rice.

Idk it seems to just put a bandage on an underlying problem. Personally I think my acne is due to gut inflammation but there's a bunch of causes.
Accutane works really well tho ngl

Would you say it's working well for you?
(e.g. Skin, energy, hormones)
I've heard some bad things about plant-based but I'm open to it.

hypercarnivore
Is that different to regular carnivore? Couldn't find it on a quick search.

Carnivore looks promising but I just don't want to put all my eggs in one basket so to speak. Seems good but there's not a whole lot of info to back it up

Decent plan tbh, I think I focus wayy to much on this diet shit when every normie seems to be just as healthy anyway.
Strongly considering just cutting out the really bad stuff and focusing on other things.

if you really want to maximize your weight/fat gym gains then you can count calories

- A diet full of antioxidants and polyphenols to counteract free radicals (leafy greens, whole fruits, etc.)
- Avoid refined foods and omega 6 oils, incorporate foods high in omega 3's
- Avoid sugar and dairy
- Drink at least 2L of water a day
- Supplement with Spirulina

Sounds legit, what's your main source of calories? (Grains, legumes, fat, etc)
Hard to tell right now since I'm trying to eat in caloric surplus now that I'm gymcelling regularly again.

it depends on your ethnicity and what your ancestors adapted to, and your individual self to an extent. there’s no perfect diet. figure it out on your own

go strict carnivore, ruminants+fish+salt for a few months

reintroduce foods one by one slowly

stick with what you can digest, always base the diet on majority animal foods

stupid easy really

Dude I might be able to solve your acne problem

#1 Cut out processed sugar like soda and candy
#2 *This is ascended knowledge* Idk where you live but lot's homes in north america have a water softener because the tap water that comes into your house is sometimes very high in calcium and other minerals that can ruin appliances. Long story short try only drinking distilled water for 1 week.

I basically got rid of my horrible acne from not eating sugary foods often, washing face, only drink distilled water, cold showers.

Hope this helps Acne wise

Been meaning to research it, how well would you say it's working for you?
(1 to 10 with 10 being full of energy + perfect health and 0 being your leg just fell off)

This

and I would say that the whites here just need a balanced diet with all of the nutrition since our ancestors (at least in the last 10,000 years) weren't exclusively, carnivore, ate no carbs or were strictly vegan, they ate all kind of shit
but things like keto and low carb are best for weight loss

Dairy has good nutrition but 65% of the population has issues with digesting it, I fucking love dairy but I just avoid it

also it lowers T lol
Dairy is inflammable and estrogenic.

Forgot to add it, it causes acne, after I stopped eating dairy, I had a bigger acne breakout but now it's much better then before

Just woke up so my IQ is close to 0, but I'm not understanding that layout. Are you meaning that you space those 9 meals over the 5 days or are you on a mega-bulk with that every weekday?

Anyways it seems very organised, would love to hear your reasoning behind the choices you made.
And the cheat meals are something I've started doing as a precaution- with all the conflicting info I don't want to accidentally restrict something that's secretly healthy. Imo it's important to listen to my body about what food it's craving (to an extent).
