Which would be your top 5 choice? Apart from anti-androgens (fin, dut) of course.

I'm talking stuff like vitamins, C, MSM, fish oil, K2, etc..maybe some peptides or HGH?

A, C, B complex, K2, D, E, Magnesium, Calcium, Bore, Zinc, Iron, MSM, Glycine, L-Cysteine, Potassium/Iode, Ashwagandha, Melatonin.

HGH with Aromasin until reaching the desired height.

Maybe it's more than 5, maybe my liver won't support JFL

1. VitC
2. MSM
3. ZMA
4. D3
5. k2

lowIQ question tbh ngl

supps for longetivity are not so good when you're young and you want to build muscle(eg, metformin).
so, after a point you'd want to switch it up.

Anyway, right now:
  • Glycine
  • Curcumin
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin K
  • Magnesium

Yes curcumerin is the shit. That takes over lecithin for me.

Low iq if you supplement with something that should be included in your diet.
e.g.
Magnesium
Vitamin C
Vitamin D

1.Cope436
2.Cope2
3.Cope70
4.Cope11
5.Cope6677

generally I agree with you.

but I megadose vitamin C for 1-3weeks every couple of months to reduce approach anxiety.
that means i increase the risk for kidney stones if i don't also increase water, magnesium, citrate, veggies.

also, vitamin K, especially if you want to get all the mk subtypes, is hard to get with food only. supplementing it every 4-5 days is the only way i can do it tbh ngl

Vit k is rare but I eat broccoli stems rather then waste it. If you eat proper you don't need to supplement vitamins or minerals.

Things like high potency curcumerin and primrose which are not easily incorporated into a healthy diet are things you should be supplementing with.

Vit c works best with bioflavanoids provided with their dietary sources.
link?

who the FUCK gets magnesium from their diet?
That's a joke right? Eat nuts boyo

What has it done for u? @xForgotMyName

Liposomal vit C??
If I had to limit to 5 serving, I would prob get powders and make my own so I can get more with doing less.

re curcumin; very powerful anti-oxidant, best substance for improving insulin sensitivity, helps you enter autophagy faster while fasting

Fasting hurts collagen. Don't do it and it is stressful

Test
Ai
Gh
T3
Multi

If we are only counting vitamins and not androgens and such , the most important r prob c, d3, and b12 .. so I guess those 3 and a multi and then something else , maybe fish oil

An indefinite fast has been proven not to be beneficial for collagen. Intermittent fasting or fasting the odd time is fine.

It;s very hard to get 3gr/day of vitC
High-dose ascorbic acid increases intercourse frequency and improves mood: a randomized controlled clinical trial.
Brody S1.
BACKGROUND:
Ascorbic acid (AA) modulates catecholaminergic activity, decreases stress reactivity, approach anxiety and prolactin release, improves vascular function, and increases oxytocin release. These processes are relevant to sexual behavior and mood.
METHODS:
In this randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled 14 day trial of sustained-release AA (42 healthy young adults; 3000 mg/day Cetebe) and placebo (39 healthy young adults), subjects with partners recorded penile-vaginal intercourse (FSI), noncoital partner sex, and masturbation in daily diaries, and also completed the Beck Depression Inventory before and after the trial.
RESULTS:
The AA group reported greater FSI (but, as hypothesized, not other sexual behavior) frequency, an effect most prominent in subjects not cohabiting with their sexual partner, and in women. The AA but not placebo group also experienced a decrease in Beck Depression scores.
CONCLUSIONS:

AA appears to increase FSI, and the differential benefit to noncohabitants suggests that a central activation or disinhibition, rather than peripheral mechanism may be responsible.

@robtical This.

>As a sidenote, better absorption is not for sure better with these supps(liposomal, etc). Their results might be due to effects on the gut microbiome. I take liposomal curcumin + throw small amounts of spice on my food, and vitC with bioflavonoids(not liposomal).
the whole "high absorption" might be a marketing meme to drive up sales.
"it's toasted"

Men need 90mg of vit c +35mg if you smoke. 2 oranges will more than suffice.

You sir are megadosing, it's stated anymore than 2000mg is too much.

Like why would nature make it impossible to meet your needs?

zync
potassium
vitamin a / carotene

Can HGH with aromasin do something in adults?

Most vitamins and minerals I get from a good diet so no need for supplementing.

MSM: Hair loss and thickness, skin tone, elastin, joints, energy.

Curcumerin: anti aging, anti oxidant, lung condition, overall health, if I had only one supp it would be this.

Astaxanthin: dht reduction, sun damage control, joints, exercise recovery, eye health, 500x more anti oxidant potential than vitamin e and 10x more than beta carotene. Skin.

Turkesterone: muscle mass, adaptogen, DOMS reduction.

Lecithin: more semen and choline.

Primrose oil: skin and hormone balance.
MSM, astaxanthin, turkesterone, primrose oil and lecithin.
