Because someone under 20 can still easily relate to people under 18, and under 18 I mean people between 15-18 years old. My group of friends, for example, most of them are between 15 and 18 years old. I'm 19 years old. The oldest of the group is 24 years old, only he doesn't flirt with us or want to fuck us...
