If you're face is a 4/10 for example (normie rating) then surgery is the only way to ascend. Your height, your frame, your muscle mass, all of that is now irrelevant, the only way to ascend now would be to get plastic surgery. I know this first hand.

Basically normies over exaggerate everything, so when you ask them to rate you they will add one or 2 points, e.g if you're a 5/10, they might call you a 6 or 7, psl is a more realistic, kind of 'strict' rating.
