I'm a mouthbreather

I always thought I kept good oral posture and breathed through my nose when I slept since that's how I breathe through the day and as I fall asleep. Apparently I always sleep with my mouth wide open. Only found out since I've been living with my gf so someone is watching me sleep every night.

Do you know for sure you aren't a mouth breather when you sleep?
