Frank James is an up and coming Youtuber with lots of female fans. The comment section is full of female hyperbole . I have been YoutTube for a decade and never get female accolades. I hate to say this might be black pill, but it sure feels that way. Still as a Christian, I need to rebuke these things.

please loose weight, you don't have a lot of time left, once you're 50+ getting in shape will get a lot harder, testosterone starts to decline rapidly, metabolism slows down etc

sure you might realize once you lost all that weight, that you have a boneless face and loosing weight didnt accomplish anything, but I highly doubt it

just start working out and go on a diet and stick to it, I don't know if you ever lifted weights, but your build looks like you would be good at it

I'm actually not pure Alpine. I'm half Alpine/N. Atlantid. Yes I do intermittent fasting . I have lost weight over Christmas. It will take at least another year for me to see "lean".
