These plastic surgeons are straight up fucking evil. Rather than sending this poor guy to a maxofac to fix this recessed death sentence, they instead slap on a chin implant or perform sliding genio, as if that will save this JFL.

bimax with maximum projection+ccw rotation+genioplasty, THEN a custom wraparound jaw implant on TOP of that, and finally custom malar implants+maybe a palate expander.
