Is ascending to high tier normie enough?

Is HTN (4.5 PSL) enough to receive some social benefits? I'm not NT and I'm not looksmaxxing for girls, but for lowering how much effort I put into masking my autism. If I become HTN, will I get some benefits? It's worth to get to that, or should I get a surgery? I'll never be NT, and if looksmaxxing doesn't give me benefits, I'll have to work more into masking my autism without becoming anxious/depressed and without having burnouts.

How much PSL will make up autism? I'm working for some specific goals, and if looksmaxxing won't allow me to fake my autism less, then I'd better do something else.

People have told me that HTN goes up to 4.9. My goal is to be a 4.5 PSL to be above average so people would like to talk to me more.
