i've tried coconut oil swishing before and i don't think it made my teeth any whiter, but it's good for removing bacteria in the mouth, might try it again while also brushing teeth with baking soda

It helps in that it works like sandpaper to "sand" away the staining on your teeth. But in doing go it obviously thins the enamel which isn't good.

So yes, it removes staining, but it also removes bits of tooth too.

crest whitening strips/ some other type of them
