If your lower third is extreme in either direction then yes it can massively improve you. Keep in mind in reality you do not see anyone from straight on but from countless angles; improving your sideprofile therefore is vital for IRL attractiveness.

Bimax is the gold standard in aesthetics, it's one of the few procedures that can actually change your psl significantly.

Shit surgeries like chin implants etc are for normies. Which surgeons use as easy cash grabs.

But you have to go to a top top surgeon, because an average doctor cares only about the bite functionality and not the aesthetics.
And even then, it may still not really work out sometimes and you'll just end up looking different, not necessarily better (look up tons of disappointed posts on jaw surgery forums). And is expensive and knackering as fuck.
