I don't get it
I am having 170-210 g protein a day (I way 73.8kg) and am eating enough calories.
I am lifting heavier every session basically
Yet today I have felt a bit of that burning feeling in my arms- ie feels like I am losing muscle
Am I over dramatacizing?
