Has anyone experienced personal results from using red light therapy?

cc @RealSurgerymax ^What's your opinion? I noticed that red light therapy is absent from your skin improvement advice

i had really bad acne and before i went on accutane i got a light therapy mask (idk if its this because it was not anywhere near $435, uses blue/red light though)
didnt really do anything noticeable but its probs just coz i had bad acne

Im not saying it definitely doesn’t work, but I have never been convinced that it does.

lol well it's a pretty obvious difference, only thing I'd question if it's really just the result of red light therapy

@RealSurgerymax I can only speak from personal experience but it's legit
there are many threads/studies to it as well

It works, but make sure it's in conjunction with a regular skin routine.
