I think it can damage your teeth but don't quote me on that. You should always let your face rest after applying strong pressure for a determined amount of time to change your muscles. Like when facepulling
It depends on your face. But probably. You need rest to recover and make gains.
I do mastic gum 1 hour every other day or every three days. I might work my way up to 2 or three hours for those sessions. I don't see myself needing to go more than that... my gonial angle is already improved, but it still needs more mass.
